Company Mission
The File of Life believes that everyone should receive prompt, quality medical care, especially when it matters most – in an emergency. Our product is designed to make the difference between life and death by providing absolutely vital information to first responders.
The File of Life format is modeled to be easy for patients to use and immediately recognized by local First Responders nationwide. The File of Life strives to maintain an open dialogue with communities across America to provide the most up-to-date, effective products and information possible.
Together, we can improve emergency medical care, provide peace of mind for the most vulnerable individuals and their loved ones, and save countless lives.

Our History
Since 1995, almost 7,500 communities across the United States have implemented a File of Life program. Our product is in 18 million homes nationwide with millions being distributed last year alone.
Within 27 years, we have gained the support of national and state civic organizations such as the American Red Cross, the National Council on Aging (N.C.O.A.), and AARP. Our products have appeared prolifically in the local press as well as major media outlets.
